Insurance & Payment

Upstate Integrative Mind Counseling is an out-of-network practice. This allows us to provide highly specialized, individualized care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies.

If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, so we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your benefits.

In rare circumstances, we may be able to establish a single-case agreement with an insurance company when clinically appropriate and approved by your insurer.
