Our practice is designed to support deep healing while fostering greater resilience, flexibility, and connection in daily life.
What We Do
Trauma & Dissociation
We provide specialized treatment for trauma and dissociation with a focus on safety, stabilization, and deeper healing. Therapy is tailored to help clients better understand their inner experiences, strengthen grounding, and move forward at a pace that supports lasting change.
EMDR
EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain and body process distressing experiences that may feel “stuck.” This approach can reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories and support healing from trauma, anxiety, and other overwhelming life experiences.
Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)
Deep Brain Reorienting is a gentle, brain-based trauma treatment that works with the nervous system’s response to shock, threat, and attachment injury. DBR can help clients process trauma at a deep level while building greater calm, regulation, and resilience.
DBT
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) helps clients build practical skills to manage overwhelming emotions, reduce harmful behaviors, improve relationships, and increase stability. DBT is especially helpful for those struggling with emotion dysregulation, impulsivity, self-harm, or intense relational stress.
RO-DBT
Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT) is designed for individuals who struggle with overcontrol, emotional loneliness, perfectionism, and difficulty expressing vulnerability. This approach helps clients increase openness, flexibility, and genuine connection in relationships.
Schema Therapy
Schema Therapy is an evidence-based approach designed for individuals with longstanding patterns in thinking, emotion, and behavior that affect relationships, self-concept, and overall functioning.
Structural Dissociation Treatment
Structural dissociation treatment with parts work is designed for individuals experiencing dissociation or a sense of internal fragmentation. This approach helps identify and work with different ‘parts’ of the self, supporting stabilization, improved internal coordination, and increased day-to-day functioning
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses focused attention and deep relaxation to help individuals access thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be outside of conscious awareness. In this highly focused state, clients can explore underlying beliefs, strengthen coping skills, and support positive change. Hypnotherapy may be helpful for anxiety, stress, habit change, confidence building, trauma recovery, and overcoming limiting patterns, allowing individuals to access their own inner resources for healing and growth.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the therapeutic benefits of ketamine with the support and guidance of psychotherapy. Ketamine can create a unique state of increased openness and neuroplasticity, allowing individuals to access thoughts, emotions, and experiences from a new perspective. When paired with therapy, this process can help clients explore difficult emotions, process trauma, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, and develop greater insight and self-compassion. KAP is designed to support lasting change by integrating the experiences and insights gained during ketamine sessions into everyday life.
