We provide specialized, integrative psychotherapy for adults, with a focus on trauma, dissociation, emotional regulation, and relational patterns. Our work draws from evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches, including EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), structural dissociation-informed treatment, Schema Therapy, DBT, and Radically Open DBT.
We also offer more intensive formats of care, including extended sessions, therapy intensives, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for individuals seeking deeper or more accelerated work. Each treatment plan is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, with an emphasis on integration, regulation, and meaningful, lasting change.

Getting started begins with reaching out through our treatment request form or by email. From there, we will guide you through next steps, which typically include a brief consultation to better understand your needs and determine fit. You may also fill out a treatment request form for one of our specialized programs.
If it feels like a good match, we will move into scheduling an initial assessment and developing a plan that aligns with your goals, preferences, and level of care needed.

Our approach is intentionally integrative and depth-focused. We do not rely on a single modality or a one-size-fits-all model of care. Instead, we work at the level of the nervous system, underlying patterns, and the different aspects of the self that shape how people experience their lives.
We place equal emphasis on integration and regulation, recognizing that insight alone is often not enough to create lasting change. Our work is designed to help clients understand their internal patterns, process what feels unresolved, and develop greater stability, flexibility, and connection both internally and in their relationships.
This allows for change that is not only meaningful, but sustainable. We offer initial assessment to help better direct you to the most appropriate program or treatment direction that will serve your needs.

We are a private-pay, out-of-network practice. Payment is due at the time of service, and we provide documentation (superbills) that clients can submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on their plan. We offer phone and letter scripts that you can utilize to advocate for insurance coverage.
We also offer extended sessions and intensive treatment options, which are structured differently than traditional weekly therapy. Pricing varies based on the type and level of service, and we are happy to discuss options during the consultation process.
Our comprehensive programs may include both a group and individual component. Pricing for programs are listed in their treatment flyers and you can find these by visiting the Services Tab

Our work is collaborative, thoughtful, and paced with care. We focus on creating a space where clients can better understand their internal experience while also building the capacity to stay present with it.
Treatment often involves exploring patterns, strengthening regulation, and working with underlying experiences that may not have been fully processed. At times, this work is structured and skill-based. At other times, it is slower, more experiential, and focused on deeper integration.
Clients often describe the process as helping them feel more connected to themselves, more grounded in their responses, and more able to move through life with clarity and intention.
