Dialectical Behavior Therapy for Adolescents (DBT-A) is an evidence-based adaptation of DBT designed specifically for teens and their caregivers. The program helps adolescents develop skills to manage intense emotions, reduce impulsive or self-destructive behaviors, strengthen relationships, and navigate the challenges of adolescence more effectively. Caregivers participate alongside their teen to learn the same skills, creating a shared language that supports healthier communication, problem-solving, and emotional resilience both at home and beyond.
Group meets Tuesdays at 5 PM for 90 minutes. Cost is per session. All family members are invited to attend
